Senate Finance Committee ranking Democrat Ron Wyden introduced Tuesday (June 13) legislation to require that drug makers justify price hikes to the public after the Oregon senator introduced in March a separate bill to make pharmacy benefit managers disclose rebates. Wyden on Tuesday also reintroduced the RxCAP Act, which would cap seniors’ out-of-pocket costs in Medicare Part D.
