OCR Resolves Discrimination Complaint With CT Over COVID-19 Rules

The HHS Office for Civil Rights announced Tuesday (July 9) that it reached an early care resolution with Connecticut to ensure people with disabilities aren’t discriminated against after the state issued an executive order that barred visitors from short-term hospitals and outpatient clinics during the COVID-19 emergency.
