Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin (R) Thursday (April 18) slammed a decision by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to invalidate work requirement programs in both Bevin’s state and Arkansas, where the program was already underway, alleging that stopping the program hurts efforts to prevent opioid deaths and treat users.
