The Senate's immigration reform legislation would increase federal spending on the ACA's insurance subsidies available on the exchanges by roughly $87 billion and boost Medicaid and CHIP spending by about $29 billion over the next 10 years, the Congressional Budget Office said Tuesday (June 18).
