Durbin-Murkowski Bill Restricts Flavors In E-Cigarettes, Bans Cigar Flavors

Sens. Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) on Wednesday (Aug. 1) introduced a bill that would ban all cigar flavorings and restrict e-cigarette flavors unless manufacturers can meet certain criteria.
