CMS Posts Proposed 2019 Rate Requests

CMS Wednesday published a link to search for 2019 rate requests submitted by issuers seeking to participate in the individual and small group markets in all states, including the three states -- Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming -- for which the agency conducts the reviews since these states do not have effective rate review programs.
