Approps Panel Calls Out FDA For Lack Of New Sunscreen Products

The House Appropriations agriculture subcommittee says it is concerned that FDA has not yet approved a new over-the-counter sunscreen ingredient through the process created by the Sunscreen Innovation Act (SIA).
