Updated Story The vast discrepancies between the funding projections by Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) for his health care bill and the much-circulated analysis of the same bill by the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities are due to Cassidy’s focus on a much smaller population, according to Avalere analyst Caroline Pearson.
