The health care bill by Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) “appears to violate” the principles of maintaining coverage for everyone who is covered under current law, preserving access and protecting hospitals that take in a high number of poor people, America’s Essential Hospitals CEO Bruce Siegel said in a statement Friday (Sept. 15).
