Wyden Introduces Drug Price Transparency Bill Targeting Drug Companies

Senate Finance Committee ranking Democrat Ron Wyden introduced Tuesday (June 13) legislation to require that drug makers justify price hikes to the public after the Oregon senator introduced in March a separate bill to make pharmacy benefit managers disclose rebates.
