State Medicaid Chiefs To Trump: Work With States On Any Reforms

The National Association of Medicaid Directors called on the incoming administration and congressional Republicans to team up with states as part of any effort to revamp Medicaid, warning that missteps in handling eligibility, financing and the federal-state partnership could result in nation's greatest-ever transfer of risks to states.
