CMS: All 2015 Risk Corridor Funding To Go Toward 2014 Shortfall

Updated Story Insurers will receive no money under the risk corridor program for 2015, as CMS plans to put collections for that benefit year toward 2014 instead, the agency revealed in a memo Friday (Sept. 9). Issuers saw only 12.6 percent of the risk corridor money they expected for 2014, and few thought they would fare any better the following year.
