CMS Discusses Potential Risk Adjustment Changes In White Paper

CMS on Thursday (March 24) released a white paper discussing several potential changes to the Affordable Care Act's risk adjustment program, including developing a way to adjust for partial-year enrollees, considering prescription drugs in the methodology and paying more for high-risk enrollees.
