Final ACA Nondiscrimination Rule Now At OMB

The much-anticipated final rule on the Affordable Care Act's nondiscrimination provisions covered in Section 1557 of the law is now under review by the Office of Management and Budget, a development that comes as good news to at least one consumer advocate, considering the delay in releasing the draft regulations.
