Kentucky Governor To HHS: State To End Kynect, Move To FFM

Kentucky’s new governor, Republican Matt Bevin, is making good on his promise to reverse the Affordable Care Act’s changes in his state, alerting HHS in a Dec. 30 letter that he is scrapping the Kynect exchange to instead jump to Healthcare.gov “as soon as is practicable.”
