Union Representing SAMHSA, FDA Joins Lawsuit Against Shutdown RIFs

Federal employees are expanding their lawsuit against the Trump administration’s shutdown reductions in force to include additional unions representing workers who have been or could be terminated, asking the court to expand its restraining order and prevent the administration from firing any additional workers.
