Industry Groups Push For Exemptions To Med Tech 232 Tariffs

Representatives of major industry groups are pressing the administration to exclude key U.S. partners from potential new national security tariffs on a raft of medical supplies and devices, warning that broad-based levies could lead to price increases for products like pacemakers, MRI machines, cancer diagnostics and personal protective equipment, among others.
