Exchange Directors, Insurance Lobby: There’s Still Time To Address APTCs

The nation’s largest insurance lobby says there’s still time to shield Americans from the largest ever spike in health care costs by extending the enhanced Affordable Care Act credits and pledged to work with regulators to quickly help consumers understand their choices if Congress decides to act, and exchange directors clarified Friday (Oct. 17) their longstanding position they’ll be ready to reinstitute the credits if they become available.
