Hours before CMS’ new provider directory for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans began catching heat for being riddled with errors and contradictions late Wednesday (Oct. 15), CMS Administrator Mehmet Oz acknowledged the imperfections in the directory landscape and said building a better one was on the agency’s “vision board.”
