Numerous carriers seeking to sell exchange plans in healthcare.gov states will likely have to refile their plan designs and rates if a Maryland court hasn’t issued a ruling by Friday (Sept. 19) on HHS’ request to allow a key provision in the 2026 program integrity rule that was blocked by the U.S. District Court of Maryland to move forward, according to CMS.
