PHTI Finds Virtual OUD Treatment Effective, Calls For DEA Telemedicine Rule

Policymakers should establish a telemedicine special registration rule, address licensure barriers and leverage state and local opioid abatement funds to expand access to digital opioid use disorder (OUD) care, a new report by the Peterson Health Technology Institute (PHTI) recommends.
