Federal Trade Commissioner Andrew Ferguson Wednesday (Sept. 10) sent letters to health care employers and staffing agencies urging them to conduct a comprehensive review of their employment agreements as FTC is focusing its resources on unlawful noncompete clauses, “especially in the health sector.”
