As states across the country begin to alter vaccine laws and scope of practice policies to increase access to shots after FDA narrowed authorizations for the COVID-19 vaccine, President Donald Trump broke with HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. saying some vaccines are not controversial.
