Texas Court Rejects PhRMA’s IRA Case On Merits

For the second time, a conservative-leaning Texas district court on Thursday (Aug. 7) delivered a blow to the brand drug lobby’s attempt to cease implementation of the Medicare drug price negotiation program, this time throwing out the case on its merits after having previously said the plaintiffs lacked standing.
