Senate Passed FDA Funding Bill, But House Obstacles Remain

The Senate passed its fiscal 2026 funding bill for FDA as part of a three-bill “minibus” package late Friday (Aug. 1), but will need to reconcile its relatively flat funding level for the agency with cuts sought by the House.
