FDA’s Pediatric Advisory Committee voted to continue routine post market safety monitoring of the influenza and human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines, among others, on Wednesday (July 9), with one dissenting vote from the committee’s consumer representative, Randi Oster, who said more scrutiny of the shots is needed.
