Medicare Advantage proponents are cheering the Trump administration’s measured decisions when finalizing the contract year 2026 Medicare Advantage rule, which stops MA plans from being able to retroactively deny approved hospital stays but delays for now new requirements on MA provider directories and access to behavioral health benefits, among other policies.
