Republican members of the House Energy & Commerce Committee met in a closed-door meeting Tuesday (Jan. 14) to discuss potential health care policies that could be included in a budget reconciliation package -- with ideas ranging from Medicaid financing reforms, site-neutral payments and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) reforms to the expiring enhanced Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies -- though concrete decisions remain a long way off, according to new health subcommittee Chair Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA).
