CMS will cover all forms of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) without cost-sharing after the agency issued a national coverage determination (NCD) Monday (Sept. 30) that switched the treatment from Part D to Part B, and while advocates support the move, concerns remain over patients needing to establish a new relationship with a provider for Part B.
