Pfizer Accused Again Of Patent Infringement By GSK Over mRNA Vaccines

GlaxoSmithKline is suing Pfizer and BioNTech over alleged infringement of multiple GSK-owned patents in the creation of mRNA vaccines for COVID-19, the latest in a series of legal disputes between vaccine makers on the rights to the technology at the core of vaccines developed rapidly during the pandemic, often through collaboration between industry and the federal government.
