Dems, Stakeholders Want Draft Short-Term Plan Limits Implemented Faster

A group of more than 20 Democratic senators have joined numerous insurer and provider lobbies, patient groups and consumers representatives to urge the Biden administration to finalize its draft plans to reverse Trump administration rules and limit on the duration of short-term insurance plans that do not have to comply with Affordable Care Act (ACA) protections.
