At-Risk Groups May Need Second Dose Of Updated Booster, Marks Says

Most people will need only one dose of the updated COVID-19 booster vaccine set to become available this fall, a leading official at FDA said, but some groups especially vulnerable to virus may need an additional shot to avoid waning immunity if case counts are high during the winter months.
