AHCA: Biden’s Nursing Home Agenda Could Close Every Facility

American Health Care Association President and CEO Mark Parkinson on Wednesday (March 2) said every nursing home in the country would be forced to close if President Joe Biden’s new minimum staffing requirement for nursing homes went into effect, escalating the association’s predictions of closures as Parkinson pointed to a new AHCA-commissioned study on the state of the industry.
