The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association on Wednesday (Nov. 1) dropped its lawsuit over a Trump-era rule, which HHS last summer indefinitely deferred, that would have required pharmacy benefit managers to publicly disclose the rebated prices they negotiate with drug makers.
