Administration Requires Plans Report Drug Spending, But Delays Enforcement

The Biden administration issued a rule Wednesday requiring health plans and issuers, including those offering group or individual coverage and coverage to federal employees, report prescription drug spending and key health coverage information, but it won’t enforce the rule until after Dec. 27, 2022.
