SCOTUS Takes Up Title X ‘Gag’ Rule

The Supreme Court said Monday (Feb. 22) it will take up the Ninth Circuit Court’s decision to uphold the Trump administration’s so-called “gag rule” that blocks Title X grantees from talking about or referring patients for abortion.
