HHS filed a motion Wednesday (Feb. 10) to stay the proceedings in a lawsuit filed this summer by several Democratic state attorneys general challenging a Trump administration rule that rolled back nondiscrimination protections for transgender individuals under the Affordable Care Act’s Section 1557 nondiscrimination protections.
