KFF: Average Employer Premiums Have Grown 4% In 2020

Family premiums increased by 4% to an average $21, 342 per year, according to Kaiser Family Foundation’s Employer Health Benefits Survey released Friday (Oct. 8). The survey also found that deductibles averaged $1,655 per year, essentially unchanged from last year, yet they’ve increased sharply over the past decade.
