CMS Approves PA Reinsurance 1332 Waiver, NH On Deck

CMS has approved Pennsylvania’s request for a state innovation waiver to establish a five-year reinsurance program, starting in 2021, that is expected to reduce rates by an average 4.6% and increase enrollment by .05% each year. The agency is also reviewing New Hampshire’s application.
