KY Tells CMS It Will Switch To SBM For 2022 Plan Year

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) has informed CMS that the state will revert to a fully state-based exchange -- dubbed Kynect-- for the 2022 plan year, reversing former GOP Gov. Matt Bevin’s 2017 decision to disconnect the state-based marketplace and rely on the federal platform. In 2013, then-Gov.
