KY Tells CMS It Will Switch To SBM For 2022 Plan Year

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) has informed CMS that the state will revert to a fully state-based exchange -- dubbed Kynect-- for the 2022 plan year, reversing former GOP Gov.
