Supreme Court Delays Hearing Cases On PBMs, Contraceptive Mandate

The Supreme Court on Friday (April 3) postponed oral arguments in two major health care cases, one involving states’ attempts to regulate pharmacy benefit managers and the other involving the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive mandate. The two cases were among a group of cases scheduled to be argued at the high court this month, but the court postponed all of its April arguments due to the COVID-19 crisis.
