Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Jacky Rosen (D-NV) unveiled a bill Thursday (Nov. 14) to strengthen privacy protections for consumer health data amid scrutiny over Google’s planned acquisition of Fitbit and its current partnership with Ascension.
