House Oversight Committee Chair Elijah Cummings (D-MD) on Wednesday (June 26) requested Acting Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought testify on July 10 regarding his involvement in the administration’s decision to drop any defense of the Affordable Care Act in the high-profile case that is on appeal in the Fifth Circuit.
