CMS Issues Interim Final Rule Resuming Risk Adjustment Payments

CMS late Tuesday issued an interim final rule that resumes the Affordable Care Act's risk adjustment collections and payments to insurers for the 2017 plan year -- a move sought by the health insurance industry.
