MD Insurance Dept, State Exchange Set Hearings On Rates, Reinsurance

Maryland Insurance Commissioner Al Redmer, Jr. announced Wednesday he will hold a public hearing July 30 on issuers' proposed rate increases in the small and individual market. Also, Maryland's state-based exchange has announced a number of hearings on the state's reinsurance proposal being reviewed by CMS.
