Verma: Silver-Loading Policy 'Under Review' At CMS

CMS Administrator Seema Verma confirmed Monday (April 8) that CMS officials are reviewing whether the agency will continue to allow states to “silver-load” rates for the 2019 plan year, in response to a query during a press call about the final 2019 Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters .
