Pro-Choice AGs Ask FDA To Continue Remote Abortion Pill Access
FDA has received yet more conflicting citizen petitions on telehealth abortion and mifepristone access, with Democratic state attorneys general asking the agency to use its enforcement discretion to continue allowing remote prescribing of abortion drugs while anti-abortion advocates ask it to consider removing mifepristone from the market altogether.
