Hospitals looking to launch hospital-at-home programs and expand existing ones to pediatric patients may soon face new challenges if Medicaid cuts and tariffs on medical devices are implemented, some stakeholder groups say, coupled with continued uncertainty over the future of CMS’s Acute Hospital Care At Home (AHCAH) program.
