With The First Quarter Gone, Lobbyists Press DEA On Telehealth Rule

A slew of telehealth lobbying organizations penned a letter to Drug Enforcement Administration head Anne Milgram on Tuesday (April 2) asking DEA to expedite its release of a new proposed rule for the telemedicine prescribing of controlled substances, which sources close to DEA expected to be done in the first quarter of the year.
