Wyden Expects Senate To Keep House Medicaid Rebate Measure

Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden (D-OR) said Monday (Feb. 22) that the Senate plans to keep the measure in the House pandemic relief legislation that would remove the cap on Medicaid inflation rebates. The bill passed by the House Energy & Commerce includes the rebate measure to help pay for provisions that increase federal government funding to entice holdout states to expand Medicaid.
